The coach was professional and approachable, showing us the basics without overcomplicating things and keeping the session light-hearted and fun throughout. We gradually built up our skills before taking each other on in some friendly head-to-head matches. Dress warmly and be prepared for plenty of laughs, especially if one of your teammates ends up on the floor!”
